About Us

In 2012, when I finished my cancer treatment, I was left with severe body pains that I couldn’t get under control. In 2019, i was introduced to the Keto Lifestyle which reversed my chronic body pains and allowed me to lose over 80Ibs. I began meal prepping to help keep me on track with my meals and eventually began to do it for friends and family who were either trying to lose weight, maintain their current weight or just didn’t have time to cook. My husband joined me in cooking and catering in 2015 and together we have been sharing our love for food in the DMV area.
Eating healthy doesn’t mean that your food will taste bland. Adding the right amount of seasoning and spices will FlavorUp any dish without adding to the calories.
We believe in whole body healing so we are using ingredients that will heal your body from the inside out!!
